M200 - Management Accounting

This Module manages accounting needs whether in terms of the Official Charts of Accounts of each Country and Sector or in terms of Cost Accounting and needs of the Organization, with highlights to the following features:


 ◌ The Possibility of Accounting to have over twenty dimensions to support Management and Accounting Entries to be fully automated, whether from Documents and Treasury, and from the Automation of Direct Inputs in Accounting, or using Allocation and Distribution Keys and importing Accounting Entries from other Subsystems;

 ◌ Up to 20 Dimensions for general use and still several dimensions particularly reserved for Third Parties, Products, Contracts, and Taxes;

 ◌ In general, the Dimension 1 is used for the Official Chart of Accounts and to meet legal requirements, and the remaining dimensions are used to support Management needs and linked to Departments, Activities, Regions, etc.;

 ◌ Enables the analysis of values by cross-checking such dimensions in order to, for instance, see the values of Sales Accounts broken down per Third Party, Product, or Region;

 ◌ Accounting entries / transactions may be automated based on business concepts such as Types of Transactions, Products, Third Parties, Contracts, and Organization Units at issue;

 ◌ Users have only to perform the business procedures they know: sales, purchases, requisitions for automatic accounting without any cost or accounting expertise on the users' part, thus increasing productivity and eliminating errors;

 ◌ Multiple listings such as the General Journal, Account Statements, and Monthly Evolution of Values (12 months) and comparison with the previous period;

 ◌ Current Accounts of Third Parties, including Balance Age Lists and support to Collections;

 ◌ Trial Balances, Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, and Outputs for Accountability in General.
