This Module supports activities concerning Performance Evaluations, namely:


 ◌ Measurement of both individual and team performances through the definition and use of questionnaires as well as evaluation forms, and evaluation records, including the achievement of objectives and goals;

 ◌ Identification of employees' potential skills;

 ◌ Determination of improvements / training needs;

 ◌ Establishment of a base for incentives, enforcement of authority, and adjustments to payrolls;

 ◌ Integration with other Modules, such as Training, Recruitment, etc., for evaluation processes purposes;

 ◌ Classifications and Statistics.
